This project draws on De Profundis by Oscar Wilde to critique conformity and highlight individualism. I produced ten handbills that evoke repetition without originality, using text inspired by the Art Nouveau movement, a historical rejection of rigidity that parallels Wilde’s ideas. Printed on risograph, a medium built for mass replication, the work reflects how even attempts at originality remain shaped by existing influences.
